The expansion tank (7) is fitted at the back of the heater between two side cheeks (13, 14) of the casing, in each of which is an opening (15, 16) matching in size and shape the cross section of the tank (7). The tank is mounted between top and bottom horizontal rails. This enables it to be pushed sideways one way or the other through the openings. A projecting flange around the tank slides in the rails, and a screw connector connects it into the heating system. There are angled plates (8) for hooking into wall cleats to hang the heater. ADVANTAGE - The expansion tank can be easily exchanged by way of the openings in the side cheeks of the casing.
