PURPOSE:To provide a ceramic green sheet superior in the strength and a handling property and also superior in a debinder property either at the oxidizing atmosphere or nonoxidizing atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:By using the binder which consists of the methacrylate copolymer in which the metahcrylate unit selected from the group consisting of butyl methacrylate, >=8C methacrylate having an alkyl side chain at a beta-position, methacrylate incorporating a hydroxyl group and methacrylate incorporating a cycloalkyl group, is >=80wt.% and also the content of the butyl methacrylate unit is >=50wt.%, the ceramic. green sheet is obtained from ceramic powder. |
