PURPOSE:To reduce the return light to a laser diode, in a laser diode pumping solid laser which pumps a solid laser medium by a laser diode. CONSTITUTION:A condensing lens 11, which converges the laser beam 14 for pumping issued from a semiconductor laser 10 in an Nd:YAG crystal 12 being a solid laser medium, is arranged so that the optical axis O may slip in width direction of a semiconductor laser active layer 10a from the center Q of the emission of a semiconductor laser 10. |
