The method inspects the shapes, characteristics and defects of the parts by obtaining the image of the upper surface before holding the parts. The parts holder inspection method comprises a step of inspecting the polarity, the mark, mold defects and others of the parts by receiving the image signals via a camera (9); a step of transfering defected parts to a section if at least one defect is found; a step of holding the parts by controlling a robot manipulator (6) if no error is found, transfering the parts to a test region, and inspecting lead lines of the transferred parts.
