PURPOSE:To enhance the air permeability resistance of a film having transparency by applying a Ti membrane to at least the single surface of a synthetic resin film in a specific film thickness and laminating a polyamide resin having heat sealability on the Ti membrane. CONSTITUTION:A transparent gas barrier film having transparency, extremely low in the permeability of gas such as hydrogen, oxygen or nitrogen and suitably used as a seal film for various packing materials or an edge emission member is obtained by laminating a Ti membrane with a thickness of 0.1-below 2Angstrom to at least the single surface of a synthetic resin film and further laminating a polyamide resin having heat sealability on the membrane. As the synthetic resin film, a polymer film composed of a polyester resin, an olefinic resin or an acrylate resin is used and the Ti membrane provided in order to enhance the gas permeability resistance of the polymer film is formed by sputtering or vapor deposition. |
