PURPOSE:To obtain a method for eliminating troubles in the conventional method, reducing required time for treatment, and for improving the conventional performance and a reagent solution used for it regarding a technology for improving an acid coloring matter staining method used for detecting cataphoresis fraction such as protein. CONSTITUTION:The acid coloring matter staining method of a fraction in cataphoresis allows a support which carries a substance to be detected to be subjected to pretreatment in an aqueous solution containing a lower alcohol with the number of carbons 1-4 and an organic acid before staining by an acid coloring matter aqueous solution in the acid coloring matter staining method which is used for detecting the cataphoresis fraction and then stained by allowing one type or more acids which are selected from a group consisting of dicarbon acid, amino acid, hydroxy acid, sulphone acid, and kojic acid to exist together in the acid coloring matter aqueous solution. In a solution for cataphoresis acid coloring matter staining, one type or more acids which are selected from the above group exist together in the acid coloring matter aqueous solution. A reagent solution kit for staining cataphoresis method acid coloring matter includes a pretreatment liquid which consists of an aqueous solution containing a lower alcohol with the number of carbons 1-4 and organic acid and a reagent solution for staining as constitution reagent solutions. |
