Repeater device for a telecommunications system offering various services, in particular for an ISDN system, where the service line to the connection station and at least one end device connected to it have interfaces and converter-interfaces allotted to them, characterized in that it contains an internal bus (BUS), to which are connected the converter-interface (SA) of the service line (A) and the converter-interface (STE) of the end device (TE), and which links the converter-interface (SA) of the service line (A) with the converter-interface (STE) of the end device (TE), where the end device (TE) is connected to at least one internal microprocessor (MP) connected to the internal bus (BUS) to create and close a desired connection through the service line (A) in alternating fashion with the connection station, where the converter-interface (SA) of the connection line (A) and the converter-interface (STE) of the end device (TE) are contained in a closed monitored casing (G).<IMAGE>
