PURPOSE:To gasify isothiocyanate within a short time, dispense with an absorbing agent and a solvent by using this, and reduce treatment cost by simultaneously supplying a liquefied isothiocyanate and air to an evaporating tank side through different supply passages. CONSTITUTION:An is supplied from a compressor 5 side, and a liquefied isothiocyanate in a vessel 3 is supplied to an evaporating tank 1 side by a liquid injection pump 4. Since these are mixed in a mixer 14 and sprayed the evaporating tank 2 through a nozzle 15, the gas of allyl isothiocyanate is immediately generated in the evaporating tank 1. After the generated gas is cooled in a cooling tower 16, a material to be treated is treated with the gas of allyl isothiocyanate in a treating chamber 17. The gas after treatment is exhausted to the outside of the treating chamber 16 through an inlet pipe 28 and exhausted to the outside of the device through an active charcoal tank 21 and a floor 3. |
