PURPOSE:To provide an electronic component feed device where electronic components are prevented from being fed from a component carrying tape while a cover is kept open. CONSTITUTION:If feed levers 37 and 62 are driven to start feeding components as a first cover 52 is kept a lock lever is released from a locked state by a lock releasing lever 85 linked to a second feed lever 62 through the intermediary of a connection pin 88, whereby the first cover 52 is closed to press down a component carrying tape. |
