PURPOSE:To output all output instructions by saving a request for document output when the document output is instructed to printers more than printers which can output data at the same time. CONSTITUTION:When the generation of a document is instructed from a document generation informing means 1-1 to a document determining means 1-5, the state of an output destination printer is judged by referring to a printer control table 1-7, a free document output means 1-6 is obtained in a document output means control table 1-9 in an output wait state, and a corresponding document is obtained from an auxiliary storage device 1-2 stored with the attribute of the document, and read out of an auxiliary storage device 1-3 stored with the document and outputted. When the number of terminals which are in output operation or can output data at the same time is exceeded, the document is stored in a wait document control table 1-8 and after another printer completes output operation, the document begins to be outputted. |
