CIRCULARLY POLARIZED ANTENNA BEING APPLICABLE TO RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM

A circularly polarized antenna applicable to an RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) system is provided to obtain an optimized antenna gain by adjusting the physical distance between a radiator and a ground. A circularly polarized antenna(200) applicable to an RFID system includes a radiator(201), a dielectric, and a vertical grounding plate(202). The radiator(201) of a patch structure receives and transmits signals. The dielectric is placed at a part of the radiator(201). The vertical grounding plate(202) surrounds the radiator(201) and the dielectric. The vertical grounding plate(202) is composed of four grounding plates surrounding the radiator(201) and the side of the dielectric.
