发明名称 SOLID ELECTROLYTE SECONDARY BATTERY
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a solid electrolyte secondary battery having good low- temperature charge/discharge characteristics, and a long charge/discharge cycle life by obtaining a solid electrolyte having a high ion conductivity at a low temperature and a good adhering property to an electrode by mixing two liquids. CONSTITUTION:Spinel type lithium manganese oxide is used for positive electrode active material, and the active material by 80wt.% is mixed with acetylene black 15wt.% as a conductive agent and polytetrafluoroethylene powder 5wt.% as a binding agent, for example. The obtained mixture which, in addition, includes polyethylene glycol and acetonitrile solution in which lithium perchlorate is dissolved, is agitated and mixed, subjected to pressure-reduction drying to eliminate solvent, press moulded into a pellet, to form a circular positive electrode 2. In the meanwhile, lithium foil is used as a negative electrode active material, and this foil is punched into a circle of a predetermined diameter to form a negative electrode 4. A metal core 7 is spot welded to a positive electrode can 1, and the positive electrode 2, a gel film of a solid electrolyte 3 of hardened two-liquid mixture, and the negative electrode 4 are mounted on it.
