PURPOSE:To improve a processing efficiency of a resonator, to improve heat resistant temperature of an adhesive layer against a frictional heat and to improve durability, stability by preventing a crack of the layer. CONSTITUTION:A stator 1a is formed of a vibrator 3a made of a piezoelectric element and a resonator 4a of a brass material. The vibrator 3a is adhered to the resonator 4a at an adhering part 5a with a polyimide series adhesive. A voltage is applied to the vibrator 3a at the times of adhering and gradually cooling to forcibly expand and contract it, and the vibrator is manufactured by always holding the same expansion coefficient as that of the resonator 4a. |
