The present invention relates to an endoscopic device. A device according to the invention comprises a source (1) of white light comprising a mobile filter disposed in the path of the light beam emitted by the source, light beam guidance means, a CCD sensor (4) and means of processing the light signals coming from the CCD sensor; the CCD sensor is monochromatic and the mobile filter comprises a red filter, a red and green filter and a neutral filter, and the means of processing the signals coming from the CCD sensor comprise means of subtracting the digitised value of electrical signals coming from the CCD sensor.
