<p>PURPOSE:To provide the abnormality diagnostic method which can automatically specify an abnormal point in a system equipped with plural control loop systems provided with transmitters. CONSTITUTION:Plural interface devices 211-2n1 connected through the two lines of control loops corresponding to respective plural transmitters 111-113, 121, 122 and 1n1 are divided into respective groups A1-An, one master interface device is decided in each divided interface, the master interface device inputs the output data of the transmitter connected to the own master interface and inputs the output data of the transmitters connected to the interface devices under the control of the master interface device itself, correlative relation among the output data of these respective transmitters is calculated and by comparing this calculated result with the information of correlative relation between the respective relevant transmitters set in advance, the abnormality of the control loop system containing the transmitter is specified. Thus, since the abnormality of the control loop system is automatically specified, even an unskilled operator can immediately recognize the abnormal point, and efficiency for maintaining the system is improved.</p> |
