PURPOSE:To select a frequency without adjustment and revision of a component even when a processed frequency differs. CONSTITUTION:A frequency of a signal inputted is frequency-divided at a control circuit 12 by a frequency division ratio decided by a control signal at an input terminal 11 and the result is inputted to one terminal of a comparator 13. The comparator 13 compares it with a reference frequency from a signal generator 14 inputted to the other input and the oscillating frequency of a multivibrator 15 is decided based on the result of comparison. |
