The device is applied in grids of medium voltage. It is simple and reliable. It is fitted on an open assembly isolator and contains a relay protection bloc, whose outlet is connected with a circuit breaking coil, whose outlets are connected with three open assembly isolator phases. The first, second and third inlets of the relay protection bloc are connected with a current induction gauge, while its fourth outlet - with a voltage gauge, while the fifth inlet ends in a connection capacitor. The mobile shaft of the open assembly isolator is connected on hinges to a engaging mechanism, and two diverse length-arm levers are rigidly fixed.
