Polysilicic acid - polyisocyanate materials (I), including laminates and foams, are prepd. from (A) 100 pts. (all pts. wt.) polyisocyanate, (B) 50-400 pts. polysilicic acid component, (C) 0.5-70 pts. triester of phosphoric acid and/or salt formed between an amine and/or alkali metal and mono- and/or di-ester of phosphoric acid, and opt., (D) 0-5 pts. catalyst contg. tert. amino gps., (E) 0-50 pts. active diluent, (F) 0-10 pts. one or more surfactants, (G) 0-400%, where total of (A) to (F) = 100%, filler and opt. (H) other auxiliaries. Prepn. of (I) is also claimed.
