<p>PURPOSE:To realize production equipment stabilizing quality and automatizing the production by adjusting the impregnated quantity of nonwoven fabric impregnated in calcium chloride in an immersion part on a belt conveyor before drying the nonwoven fabric. CONSTITUTION:While nonwoven fabric 20 is put on a belt conveyor of an nonwoven fabric conveying part 1 to convey it, in a solution supply part 2, a calcium chloride solution in a solution storage tank 3 is delivered to an immersion part 8 through a liquid delivering pipe 6 by a solution delivering pump 4. When the nonwoven fabric 20 is conveyed to the immersion part 8, it is impregnated with calcium chloride solution sprayed from above the belt conveyor and put between a pair of squeezing rollers 11 in a solution immersion metering part 10 to adjust its impregnated quantity of calcium chloride solution. Next, the nonwoven fabric 20 is conveyed to a drying part 12 where it is heated by a heating part to evaporate unnecessary water included in the nonwoven fabric 20, causing recrystallization of calcium chloride. Finally, in a cutting part 13, the nonwoven fabric 20 is cut and bagged to stabilize quality as hygroscopic cloth.</p> |
