摘要 PURPOSE:To take an allowable range in a delay dispersion between signals and a skew between data in the parallel optical signal transmission employing a laser diode. CONSTITUTION:N sets of parallel data sent from a transmission section 101 are converted into an optical signal by laser diodes 103 (1)-(N). Moreover, the clock sent in parallel from the transmission section is converted into an optical signal by a laser diode 103 (N+1). The converted parallel data and clock are converted into an electric signal by photoelectric conversion sections 105 (1)-(N) via optical guide paths 104 (1)-(N+1), amplified by amplifiers 106 (1)-(N) and inputted to identification recovery circuits 108 (1)-(N). On the other hand, the clock enters the identification recovery circuit and a reception section 110. N sets of parallel data are latched at a change point of the clock pulse corresponding to the change point when the state of the laser diode 103 (N+1) is transited from ON to OFF at the identification recovery circuit and its output is sent respectively to a reception section.
