PURPOSE:To remove restriction to the number of terminals capable of using or connecting printer devices on other networks by starting a program by printing request based upon an electronic mail obtained by using an electronic mail mechanism and printing data in respect to a printer sharing system capable of sharing a printer device by means of an electronic mail. CONSTITUTION:This printer sharing system is provided with an application starting mechanism 14 for starting a printing program 15 when the electronic mail mechanism 12 in a terminal 1 receives a printing request mail and a printing program 15 for starting a corresponding program 16 for printing a document for the received printing request mail and constituted so that the started program 16 prints out the document requested by the printing request mail. |
