Animal waste processing - by collecting methane gas from manure container as fuel and manure is spun and drying while steam is condensed and returned to water supply

To prepare animal waste prods. by sepn of the fluid components, the manure is held in a closed vessel (1) and forms (CH4) gas. Fluid is extracted by centrifugal action and resultant solid material dried to remove any residual liq present. Pref. water extracted by centrifugal action is vaporised, condensed and returned to the water supply system. Vapour heats released during condensn is returned to the vaporising stage. H2SO4 acid is added to the steam during vaporising to ppte any NH3 present. Vaporising is in within an under pressure and the CH4 produced is used as process energy. ADVANTAGE - Contact with manure is as little as possible, and is processed on site into a usable fertiliser, etc. The recovered water can be returned directly to the natural water supply.
