<p>PURPOSE:To detect the winding diameter of a reel immediately after loading a tape and to enable a stable control immediately after loading the tape. CONSTITUTION:A rotation pulse generator outputs rotation pulses A9a and B9b caused by the rotation of a reel 1. A rotating direction detector 5 detects the rotation angle of the reel 1, and an up/down counter 6 inputs a reverse rotation pulse 11a and a normal rotation pulse 11b and outputs rotation angle data 12. A data converter 7 receives the rotation angle data 12 and outputs winding diameter data 8 corresponding to it.</p> |
