Floating reciprocating shaft

A reciprocating shaft which dynamically self-corrects angular misalignment between the shaft and its drive mechanism during reciprocative motions. A thrust bearing is utilized to take up axial loading of the shaft to allow the shaft to freely rotate on its supports.
