<p>PURPOSE:To prevent power consumption of an analog signal in an input circuit receiving a digital signal at the input of the same analog signal with respect to an input output circuit connecting to an external terminal of the semiconductor integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION:A digital input circuit 7 receiving a digital signal and an analog input circuit 9 receiving an analog signal are connected to a common external terminal 1, and a switching circuit 10 interrupting the connection between the digital input circuit 7 and the external terminal 1 is interposed between the external terminal 1 and the digital input circuit 7 at the input of the analog signal to the external terminal 1 in the semiconductor integrated circuit inputting the digital signal or the analog signal received from the external terminal 1 to the internal circuit via the circuits 7,9.</p> |
