<p>PURPOSE:To protect a decorative surface layer material from getting damaged by cutting and actually machining only on the side end face of a base of an actual machining cutter being rotated by means of a simple improvement. CONSTITUTION:Actual machining is carried out on the side end face of a composite material composed of a base 1 on which a decorative surface layer material 1 is laminated, and a recessed channel 3 is formed on the lower section of the side end face of the decorative surface layer material 2 in cut finishing the side end of the base 1, and an upper shoulder section 6 of a cutter main body 5 of a rotating disk shape of an actual machining cutter 4 rotated is put into the recessed channel 3 to actually machine and finish cut the side end face of the base 1.</p> |
