PURPOSE:To manufacture an automobile interior part being rolled in and fixed securely and quickly on the rear side of a resin core material on a skin material terminal section without using a bonding agent and provide its manufacturing method and manufacturing device. CONSTITUTION:A rolling-in section 15 of a skin material 12 is heat fusion bonded on the rear side of a resin core material 11 by spraying hot air to the rear peripheral edge of the resin core material 11 and the rear of the rolling-in section 15 through a loop hot air feeding pipe is disposed along the rear peripheral edge of the resin core material 11 and the rear of the rolling-in section 15 of the skin material 12.
