PURPOSE:Not to make the card invalid even after card data is read, and also, to prevent the illegal write by reading in data of a card again, and collating it with the previous storage data, before writing updated data in the card. CONSTITUTION:When a card is inserted, data is read from a data reading part 1, stored in a data storage part 2. and also, transmitted to a main control part 5. The control part 5 executes a processing of prescribed account settlement, etc., and returns updated data to a control part 7. When the updated data is received, the control part 7 stores it temporarily in an updated data storage part 3 and reads again data of a card held in a card reader/writer, collates the read data and the data which is read first by a data collating part 4, and when the data match with each other, the updated data is written in the card by a data writing part 6. In such a way, the card taken out after a card reader is stopped can be used, and also, illegal write can be prevented. |
