摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To set noise generated due to momentary interruption to a level being that not a problem in a listening sense by providing a decoder setting a flip-flop when a count signal representing a dissident number of times is coincident with a setting value to the detection circuit. CONSTITUTION:The detection circuit is provided with a dissidence counter 3 outputting a count signal C and a dissidence signal C2 and with a decoder 8 generating a data momentary interruption detection signal Sa and when a PCM voice data Si is interrupted momentarily, the dissidence counter 3 sends the count signal C to be counted up to the decoder 8 for 1ms each. When a value 10 is set to the decoder 8, the decoder 8 sends a set signal C3 to a flip-flop 9 after 10ms. Thus, the data momentary interruption detection section Sa is obtained via the flip-flop 9 in 10ms after the momentary interruption of the PCM voice data Si.</p>
