The invention comprises the application of a mould consisting of two mutually identical half-casings which are superposed via two totally smooth horizontal opposite planes, each half-casing having coinciding depressions formed by means of anatomical-templates production, which respectively have in their moulds a series of perpendicular needles intended to be anchored in perforations which the vamp piece has, whilst the integral half-casing has, in its mould, ribbed bas- reliefs which, in combination and by means of pressure, form the base of the insole portion and the sole of the footwear, in a single structural unit, the vamp piece being intermediate, as support for the aforesaid components, and moulding taking place by means of the application of heat to thermo-setting materials which, in the solidification of the colloid, create the aforesaid elements. <IMAGE>
