The invention concerns a method of driving of mining excavations by means of shooting, characterised in that after drilling breaking-in-hole shooting holes, preferably in the middle of excavation, creating breaking in hole according to needs and existing natural conditions profiled e.g. as inverted capital letter T, cross, capital letter I, X, Y, Z or V, are placed in them explosive charges and shooting is executed, resulting in breakout, next in shot breakout and in remaining not shot part of forehead shooting holes are drilled, explosive charges are placed and fired at the same time and delay, obtaining by that deepening of previously shoot breakout and shifting of working face of remaining part of forehead, next the procedure of deepening of breakout and shifting of working face of remaining part of forehead is repeated, however, execution of first breakout as well as deepening of this breakout including shooting of remaining part of forehead, and also repetition of procedure of deepening of breakout including shooting of remaining part of forehead constitute consecutive webs, and in all cycles of shooting is obtained stopping shape of forehead.<IMAGE>
