<p>PURPOSE:To realize general-purpose use of a cover sheet and to facilitate overall handling by providing sheet pressing bars having a bent parts which can be folded at both ends of front and rear of a sheet having a central band-state connecting part and right and left opening/closing parts. CONSTITUTION:As for a sheet 1, a connecting part 2 is first placed and extended in the longitudinal direction on a car 8, and opening/closing parts 3a and 3b are placed to cover the sides. Then, the sheet is fixed from the outer circumference in the state that front and rear ends of the sheet 1 is drawn under the front and rear of a car body of the car 8. A binding tool 16 whose length can be adjusted is attached to side rods 5a and 5b and removably locked at a locking hole 17 of the opening/closing parts 3a and 3b. In order to remove the sheet 1, by folding the front and rear frames 4a and 4b in the shape of a square without a side viewed from the front, the lateral width of the sheet 1 becomes almost the half, which can be stored in a trunk 12 of the car 8. As for a bent part 18, a pressing rod 5 (and a fixing rod 6) made by a light weight pipe is divided in the middle to have an abutted face, and a sleeve 19 is engaged and fixed on the outer circumference of an end of one pipe 6a, while a tip end of the other pipe 6b is inserted into the sleeve 19 in capable of sliding in the axial direction.</p> |
