PURPOSE:To enable processing of chevon, having hardly any malodor and applicable even to various cooking methods by filling a specific chevon mixture in a sheet bag body, compression forming the filled bag body into a prescribed shape, keeping the formed bag body containing the chevon mixture at a temperature below the ice point for a prescribed time, freezing and solidifying the resultant material. CONSTITUTION:A dressed part, fatty part, etc., of frozen chevon are respectively cut to a prescribed size or chopped and a binder is further added thereto. The resultant mixture is then mixed at, e.g. 90+ or -5% dressed part, 7+ or -5% fatty part and 3+ or -1% binder. The obtained mixture is subsequently filled in a synthetic resin sheet bag body, placed in a reshaping machine, compression formed to a prescribed shape, kept at a temperature below the ice point for a prescribed time, frozen and solidified to enable processing of the chevon. |
