<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correspond to the control of a dynamic range requested by a CDMA system by reading the power voltage value of a power amplifier, which corresponds to transmission power, and controlling the power voltage of the power amplifier to a value which is read. SOLUTION: A radio wave from a base station is high-frequency-processed by a reception part RC through an antenna sharing unit AT, is demodulated in a modulation/demodulation part MO, is converted into a sound signal by a sound processing part AD and is sent to a speaker SP. For sending the signal to the base station from a portable telephone set, sound information added to a microphone MC is converted into an electric signal by the sound processing part AD and is modulated by the modulation/demodulation part MO. A transmission part BC power-amplifies the transmission signal of the modulation/demodulation part MO and sends it to the base station from an antenna AN. For controlling transmission power after the start of communication with the base station, output power is up-and-down-changed in the step of 0.5 dB with the instruction of an appropriate value from the base station and power is controlled in the power range of 24 dB so that the power of the radio wave from the terminal, which is received by the base station, becomes a prescribed value.</p> |
