The mechanism discharges a medium mixed from two or more ingredients, having a main chamber shut off from a mixing cha ber (5) by a plug (17). The latter is accessible for opening from the outside. When this is done the ingredients in the mixing chamber are transferred to the main one. The mixing chamber is directly connected to the main one via the plug, which can be detached from its sealing position at a fracture point (18). The main chamber has a holder (7) for a discharge pump (3), whose suction side is connected to its interior, which is hand-operated.
