<p>PURPOSE:To raise the working rate of the whole of a manufacturing line and to maintain the residence number in a buffering mechanism in a proper number by controlling the operation of the manufacturing equipment of the preceding stage based on the downtime of the manufacturing equipment of the succeeding stage according to the residence number. CONSTITUTION:The residenc number of the buffering mechanism 12 and the downtime of the manufacturing equipment 11 of the succeeding stage are detected and the operation of the manufacturing equipment 10 of the preceding stage is controlled based on the downtime of the manufacturing equipment 11 of the succeeding stage according to the residence number. Therefore, even if the manufacturing equipment 11 of the succeeding stage is stopped, the effect of that stop on the manufacturing equipment 10 of the preceding stage can be minimized and the working rate of the whole of the manufacturing equipments can be improved to equal to a single manufacturing equipment. In this way, even if at least one side of each manufacturing equipment 10, 11 is stopped, the effect on the production of the manufacturing line can be decreased and the stable manufacturing line can be made.</p> |
