The stopper (A) has a stop member (1) rotatably mounted on a shaft (4) and having the center of gravity (W) on its forward portion, a lock member (2) rotatably mounted on a shaft (5) and having the gravity center (W') on its lower side, and a partition membrane (3) for separating the lock member (2) from the liquid content in the bottle. When the bottle falls forward, the stop member (1) closes the mouth of the bottle by the associated action of the gravity centers and inertia of members (1) and (2). The closed state of the member (1) is maitained by the locking support of the member (2).
