<p>A card type semiconductor device includes: a terminal for receiving an external power source voltage (from system 7), a semiconductor device (5) operatively connected to said terminal, a primary battery (1) for supplying a first power source voltage, and a secondary battery (2) for supplying a second power source voltage.
