PURPOSE:To improve the quality of information by reading a same track at reading speed being at least twice or above the specified speed for plural number of times and outputting read information with minimum reading error as digital information subjected to time series sequence. CONSTITUTION:A same track is read for plural number of times at the reading speed being at least twice or above the specified speed and read information with minimum reading error is outputted as time series sequence digital information. Based on each reading information for plural sets as to the same track to be read in such a manner, the included reading error is compared by a comparison selection circuit 13 and the reading information with the least reading error is selected. Then the reading information inputted to an error correction circuit 14 is the information with least error rate as probability and the correction output approaches more correct value.
