<p>PURPOSE:To solve unnaturality in movement adaptive processing with simple constitution and to prevent the S/N of an output signal from being deteriorated by correcting a moving vector so that a picture phase of a field signal is made coincident with a picture phase in m/2 preceding field (m is positive integer). CONSTITUTION:An output signal of an inverse vector correction circuit 32 is inputted to a moving picture system processing circuit 9 and a still picture system processing circuit 8. An output signal of a changeover switch 6 is a signal inserted with a one preceding frame and a current field, and moving vector is corrected as to one preceding frame signal. The moving picture processing is implemented with a signal of m/2 preceding field and when the moving vector is corrected, inverse moving vector correction is applied with an inverse vector correction circuit 32 and moving vector correction is cancelled to the signal of m/2 preceding field, moving vector is corrected inversely and the picture phase is made coincident to that of m/2 preceding field. Thus, unnatural motion in the movement adaptive processing is solved with simple circuit constitution and the S/N of the output signal is not deteriorated.</p> |
