PURPOSE:To produce the subject refined powder having high quality in high efficiency in a short time by extracting the powder from the bottom of a raw material crushing vessel, charging the extracted powder to the vessel through the top to circulate the powder and refining the powder while supplying compressed air to the vessel. CONSTITUTION:Roughly crushed powder of KONJAK (root of devil's tongue) is charged into a vessel 2 provided with a side plate 203 having an air-feeding port at the lower end, a pressure-feeding nozzle 27 to supply compressed air and an exhaust port 208 to suck the air. The charged powder is crushed with a roller 20 under agitation with an agitation blade 13. The raw material powder under crushing operation is dropped through the discharging port 201 of the bottom plate 200 of the vessel 2 on a basket elevator 24, scooped up with a basket, transferred upward, thrown into the vessel 2 through a charging valve 26 and the charging port 202 and crushed under cooling to obtain the objective refined powder. |
