PURPOSE:To prevent a variation of series reactance due to dimensional error of a semiconductor element by dividing a metallic post. CONSTITUTION:A waveguide (2) is provided in a metallic housing 1, and a stepped hole 13 orthogonal to the waveguide 2 is formed in the position, where a semiconductor element 3 should be mounted, in the waveguide 2, and the semiconductor element 3 is mounted there, and plural cylinders 15 with stepped holes consisting of a metal are piled up in the stepped hole 13 to project slightly the front end of cylinders 15 with stepped holes from the metallic housing 1, and a metallic post 16 where an insulating coating is provided on the outside circumference except both end faces is inserted into cylinders 15 with stepped holes, and one end of the metallic post 16 is brought into contact with the semiconductor element 3, and the other end is projected from cylinders 15 with stepped holes, and thereafter, the metallic post is pressed with a flat spring 18 attached to an insulating plate 17 consisting of an epoxy synthetic resin. |
