<p>PURPOSE:To protect elements on both sides from electrostatic breakdown by connecting a ground terminal on a memory card side in the initial stage of loading through an electrostatic breakdown protective element to the ground terminal on a main body equipment side, and directly connecting the two terminals at the time of the complete loading. CONSTITUTION:In a system consisting of the memory card and main body equipment 21, a ground terminal 16 on the memory card side and a main body equipment side ground terminal 15' are connected through an electrostatic breakdown protective element 16' to at least one of an externally connecting terminal 14 on the memory card side and receiving terminals 241 to 245 on the main body equipment side 21 on the initial stage of the loading, and the ground terminal 16 on the memory card side is directly connected to the main body equipment side ground terminal 15' at the time of the complete loading. Thus since a ground conductive 16 on the memory card side is connected through the electrostatic breakdown protective element 16' to the ground terminal 15' on the main body equipment side in the first stage, the circuit element on the main body equipment 21 side is not broken down by static electricity.</p> |
