A cylindrical container 1 and an upper cover 8 with lateral wall 9 which surrounds the container 1. In order to achieve low pressure, an intermediate cover 6 with a screw 7 in the upper part; the upper cover 8 has a nut 14 which can be screwed onto the aforesaid screw; a rubber ring 15 surrounds the peripheral wall of the upper cover and part of the container 1, seating by means of elastic tension on both elements; the rubber ring can be rolled upwards; the container 1 is filled with food, the intermediate cover is put in place, oil is smeared over the surface of the container, the upper cover is screwed on with the rubber ring rolled upwards, the ring is lowered and the upper cover unscrewed until the rubber comes close to the intermediate cover. <IMAGE>
