摘要 PURPOSE: To loosen limitation of a kind of a metal alloy which must be used for coating, by containing aluminum phosphate glass with a relatively thin layer sticking in a surface of a metal part which must be coated with a coating layer. CONSTITUTION: An incident screen 2 comprises a metal support part 26, relatively thick emitting layer 28 like CsI and a photoelectric cathode 29 sticking to the emitting layer through an intermediate layer. A photoelectron emitted from this photoelectric cathode 29 is imaged on an injection screen 4 formed with a light-optical image. This photoelectric cathode 29 is connected to an earth potential, an output anode 14 having the injection screen 4 is applied with, for instance, 30KV. In this way, a discharge phenomenon is generated in a fixed device 16 of high potential. Here, light is generated, and allowed to reach the cathode 29. These cathode 29 and device 16 are coated with a 2.5μm layer 36 of Al phosphate glass, in this way, non-uniformity of field intensity is avoided, particularly in a Al phosphate glass coating, limitation of a kind of coating metal alloy is loosened.
