PURPOSE:To enable the injection molding of an outer layer by completely preventing creases or a deformation of an inner layer, by a method wherein a cup for the inner layer is once mounted within a female mold and the same is transferred on a male mold just before mold clamping. CONSTITUTION:When a male mold 21 is entered sufficiently into a cup 2 for an inner layer mounted within a female mold 31 and suction and holding of the cup 2 for the inner layer is stopped as it is, a rise of a bottom force 20 is suspended once at the time of arrival of the cup 2 for the inner layer to such a position as to fit precisely over the male 21. Suction of air through an air suction through hole 23 opening at the tip part of the male mold 21 is started, the suction of the air through a gap 34 is stopped and on the contrary blowing-in of the air is performed. Then the cup 2 for the inner layer is transferred to the male mold 21. In this instance, since a moving distance of the cup 2 for the inner layer is very little and the same is positioned slightly upward of a position where the same fits almost exactly over the male mold 21, the same fits exactly over the male mold 21 through a fall. In this instance, since the air is sucked through a through hole 23 for the suction of the male mold 21, the cup 2 for the inner layer is not caught on the way but it can fit exactly over the male mold 21. |
