<p>The present invention relates to a stable medical composition for injection containing (1) a Spergualin of the formula: <IMAGE> +TR (CH2)4NH(CH2)3NH2 [wherein R is <IMAGE> -(CH2)6-, -(CH2)4-CH=CH-, <IMAGE> (wherein R' is a lower alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms), -(CH2)8-, or <IMAGE> or a salt thereof and (2) at least one stabilizer selected from the group consisting of mannitol, maltose, dextran, lactose, cyclodextrin, gelatin, chondroitin sulfate, and human serum albumin; when R is <IMAGE> mannitol is expected. A spergualin is useful as cancer control agents and immunomodulators.</p> |
