PURPOSE:To improve low-temp. fixability, release property, fluidity, durability, etc. by using a polyester resin contg. an insoluble component of chloroform at a high rate as a binder resin and incorporating specific two kinds of release agents in combination into said resin. CONSTITUTION:The polyester resin having >=5wt% insoluble component of chloroform is prepd. by bringing an alcohol component and carboxylic acid component into condensation polymn. under the controlled reaction conditions. Such resin is used as the binder resin. The release agent consisting of the wax having >=20wt% ester component and having <=4 penetration (e.g.; carnauba wax) and the release agent consisting of the alkylene bis-fatty acid amide compd. (e.g.; formula II, formula III) expressed by formula I (R1, R2 are aliphat. hydrocarbon of >=10C; R3, R4 are H, -OCR5; R5 are aliphat. hydrocarbon; n is a positive integer) as well as a colorant, etc. are uniformly dispersed into such resin. |
