摘要 PURPOSE:To enable production of a laminated iron core having an exact lamination thickness by adjusting a set numerical value by a control device when the laminated layers of the laminated iron core pieces of a cylinder in a die attain the lamination thickness slightly smaller than the prescribed times the desired lamination thickness. CONSTITUTION:A strip 1 is blanked by the dies 8 and the iron core pieces formed with louvering projections 7, etc. are successively laminated on a cylinder 20. The 1st piece of the laminated product A is so laminated as to attain a prescribed number of sheets and is so controlled that the iron core piece having no projections 7 is imposed on the uppermost stage thereof. The iron core piece having the projections 7 are then laminated again to form successively the 2nd product B. The blanking of the iron core pieces is controlled by the signal for the lifting force of the cylinder from a proximity switch 21 and the signal for the piston rod position and stroke signal from a proximity switch 22 in such a way as to adjust the lamination thickness of the product B when the total thickness of the products A, B attains the lamination thickness X slightly smaller than twice the desired thickness of the product. The product A is lowered to a take-out position by the signal for the product position from a proximity switch 23 and thereafter the iron core pieces are successively laminated by the similar operation.
