PURPOSE:To obtain the title processing oil giving galvanized steel, with only once application, excellent processing lubricity, discoloration resistance, corrosion resistance and attaining defatting properties in precoating treatment by using a mineral oil, corrosion-proof additive, and an inert type sulfur high-pressure agent in a specific proportion. CONSTITUTION:The title processing oil is composed of (A) 65 to 95 pts.wt. of at least one selected from mineral oil, fat and oil, and liquid synthetic oil, (B) 1 to 20 pts.wt. of a corrosion-proof additive of an alkali metal salt of alkylsulfonic acid of 16 or more carbon atoms and (C) 1 to 20 pts.wt, of an inert type sulfur high-pressure agent, which preferably consists of synthetic esters containing 5 to 15wt.% of sulfur and fat and oil, or fat and oil bonded to 8-18 C olefin through sulfur atoms wherein the active sulfur content in the press processing oil is less than 0.5wt.% and the viscosity is 5 to 30cst at 40 deg.C. |
